AND TAKE NOTICE that a nomination shall be filed at the office of the Returning Officer, by appointment only between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on nomination day, Tuesday, March 7, 2023, or during office hours, between 9 am and 4 pm in the seven (7) business days preceding nomination day, which are February 24, 27, 28, March 1, 2, 3, and 6th, 2023.

A preliminary list of electors (voter’s list) has been prepared for the upcoming election. The Revising Officer may make additions or corrections to the list upon application.

To view and print your own Candidate’s Package to get a head start, click here. Remember to book an appointment to come in and go over the package, and submit your deposit prior to Nomination Day. Appointments can be booked between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on February 24, 27, 28, March 1, 2, 3, and 6th, 2023 or on Nomination Day between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on March 7, 2023.

Alternative voting will be entirely used for the Special Municipal Election.
Voting instructions will be included in the Voter Instruction letter mailed to each eligible elector on the official Elector List. Included in this information are instructions on how to access the voting system.
Voters can cast their ballot using the telephone or cell phone by calling a toll-free number that is listed on their Voter Instruction Letter.
ALSO, Voters using personal computers may use the Internet to visit a website that will allow them entry into the voting system where they can cast their vote.
